1, wal-mart moral review criteria:
Through the continuous cooperation between WAL-MART employees and suppliers and factories, the training and promotion of local laws and regulations and WAL-MART standards, the pursuit of continuous improvement of ethical standards, and thus maintain the goodwill of the WAL-MART brand, Develop long-term business partnerships with suppliers to win the trust and support of investors. The company's Ethical Standards (Ethical Standards, referred to as "ES") procedures are based on the Supplier Standards that have been implemented throughout the company for many years. Please refer to Wal-Mart's Supplier Standards in Appendix A. This procedure is intended to ensure that items purchased by WAL-MART meet the above criteria.
Wal-Mart's Supplier Standards cover health, safety, pay, hours of work, forced labor, child labor, discrimination, compliance, and inspection rights by third-party auditors designated by Wal-Mart or Wal-Mart.
   The implementation of the ES audit procedure is to ensure that the manufacturer's product production meets the requirements of the Supplier Standard.
   The Ethical Standards Supplier Manual on the Retail Link website is the only controlled document. Suppliers should take the initiative to request the latest supplier manual. Ethical Standards supplier documentation is available on the Retail Link website (Log in to Retail Link -> Go to Supplier Guides -> Open Ethical Standards Documents). It should be emphasized that Wal-Mart has a set of Supplier Standards, and Ethical Standards auditors are responsible for ensuring that suppliers comply with these standards.

1. Pre-audit questionnaire;
2. Start the review process;
3. Review schedule;
4. Review implementation
1) Meet before the audit;
2) Factory inspection;
3) Employee interviews;
4) Review of factory documents;
5) Summary meeting;
6) Sign the audit report;
