1. The so-called 8D method (eight disciplines), also known as the team-oriented problem solving step, is a method for Ford to deal with the problem. It is also applicable to the solution of the problem when the process capability index is lower than its due value.
a) This approach is based on the fact that the team's operational orientation is based on avoiding personal involvement and making the problem resolution more organized.
b) This method should be jointly invested by the staff of various departments of the company to obtain creative and permanent solutions.
c) This approach can be applied to any problem and promotes effective communication between the various departments of the relevant objectives.
