1. In recent years, there have been many incidents of car recalls, including Chrysler, Ford, GM, and Toyota, and other well-known companies in Japan have recalled cases. Our country has also developed and issued defects. The Automobile Product Recall Management Regulations require higher recall and more standardization of defective vehicles.
2. The vast majority of these recalls are due to defects in design, parts or materials that may lead to safety consequences for customers. These recalls are quite economical to the company and may even lead to bankruptcy. The IATF standard requires auto parts manufacturers to perform FMEA analysis to overcome and reduce defects as much as possible.

This course will systematically explain the contents, requirements, information flow, implementation steps and methods of PFMEA; including process flow chart, PFMEA, feature matrix, control plan and other tools to help students understand the process of implementing FMEA and master product features.
