1. Introduction to PSB Certification

In order to apply for PSB certification, the company must apply for PSB certification from the company with a tax in Singapore before it enters Singapore. (The company provides Singaporean business, which can be used as a PSB certification. Licensee). After the product is acquired, the product can be sold in Singapore.
The issuing unit PSB (Productivity and Standard Board of Singapore).
1. The certificate holder is the local company number of Singapore, without factory inspection and annual fee;
2. The validity period of the certificate: three years;
3. If the product has a Plug, you need to submit a SS246 test certification report;
4. There is no "series" application for product certification (each certificate can only cover a single model).
a. Singapore voltage is AC230V/50Hz2, certificate holder must be a locally registered representative company;
b. Issuing the certificate: the safety sign needs to be placed on the product;
c. Document requirements: safety testing;
d. CB certificate and test report valid for three years (English only);
e. all reports issued by PSBCorporation or accredited testing laboratories in accordance with Singapore standards;
f. Reports issued by independent laboratories recognized by the Singapore Laboratory Filing System.
2, PSB certification considerations
1. Only one model per certificate is allowed. Therefore, each model of the supplier is required to be registered and obtain a certificate of conformity issued by an authorized conformity assessment body (CAB) or an authorized overseas agency (MRA). COC).
2. Newly registered suppliers shall provide the following documents to the security authorities upon registration:
a. Formally fill out the RS01 application form;
b. A copy of the company's business certificate or a copy of the registration certificate issued by the Industrial and Commercial Registration Authority (ACRA).
3. Safety signs are mandatory for controlled products;
4. Because Singapore does not require TRADEMARK to be N/A, when you apply, you can communicate with the customer and use the company name of the customer to do TRADEMARK. (CB report can be ignored, that is, there is no TRADEMARK, N/A can still be written on the CB report, but it must be TRADEMARK for Singapore application)
