Course background

Confucius said: The gentleman is different, the little man is not the same; Mencius cloud: the invincible country, the country is also dead. Conflict is only a by-product of development, change or innovation. No one likes conflict, but there are conflicts in some places. Incomplete conflict is a bad thing. It can expose problems in the organization, promote open discussion of issues, enhance corporate vitality, and stimulate healthy competition.
