The TWI course was born in the United States in the 1930s. At the time, it was the Second World War. Therefore, all adaptive training and productive training are integrated into the work. There is an urgent need to develop courses that can be trained on the production line. In this historical background, the field manager's ability improvement training method was developed, and a relatively complete field manager basic training course was formed.
After the advent of the TWI program, it was quickly promoted in many countries and became an authoritative course to improve the business level of field managers. Especially in Japan, after the course took root, it has been greatly developed and improved. The Ministry of Labor of Japan has clearly stated that it is a course for on-site management and a vocational education course that is the most popular among manufacturing enterprise leaders. In the Chinese region, like Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc., they accept Western culture relatively quickly, so they are more distinctive for the application of on-site management techniques.
