【course features】

The course focuses on how to break down strategic objectives, and develop the process, organization, and basic logic of the annual business plan. Through the decomposition of strategic objectives and the formulation of annual business plans, the bottleneck of strategic execution is broken, and the transition from passive participation to active execution is made.
