According to the survey, many quality people frequently tell us:
The scapegoat: the leadership does not understand, many problems that are not quality have become quality problems, and quality can not solve the problem fundamentally, only to find problems and propose improvements!
Helpless: Quality is equal to inspection!
Unknown hero: Every time a career has achievements, it is the credit of the product designer, the manufacturer... Because the quality is not tested, it is designed and manufactured!
The future is awkward: not to be behind the scenes, efforts are not known, but not hard to be pointed!
As a quality manager, their reaction is even more worrying for us!
1. Frequent complaints and returns from customers, knowing that the products are bad but have been approved for release;
2. The quality control department is difficult to do – the production department is facing the job, and the boss’s support is also “production> quality”, and the quality control department has not been able to enter the stage of organizational decision-making;
3. The quality of the product or material cannot be identified by existing evaluation techniques and equipment, as the boss is reluctant to invest at the cost of the inspection or test facility;
4. Repeated quality anomalies and rework, because the operator did not follow the golden rule of “not manufacturing bad” and lacked the perfect applicable product quality standards and inspection system;
7. Regarding the quality problem, is the quality person “doctor”, “police” or “judge”?
8. The lack of quality awareness leads to the formation of a wrong quality culture;
9. Lack of a perfect quality and quality system, the company is in a "fire-fighting" state on quality issues, causing product quality to fall into paralysis;
