1. Introduction of product after-sales service evaluation
In the era of current product homogenization, technology homogenization, and fierce competition, the organization's after-sales service has become a strategic decision of the enterprise and one of the decisive factors affecting the survival of the enterprise. After-sales service certification is the first national and industry-wide service certification approved by our country. The improvement of the after-sales service level is an inevitable requirement for the sustainable development of enterprises.

The Commodity After-sales Service Evaluation System (GB/T 27922-2011) is a national standard that was issued on December 30, 2011 and implemented on February 1, 2012. The standard stipulates the basic elements of the after-sales service system, including principles, indicators and methods. It evaluates the three major aspects of the service system, commodity service and customer service, and measures the service capacity according to the evaluation score. The level of the level is demonstrated by star rating.
