1.Construction and fire permit for Architecture buildings，fire safety report of annual review.厂房验收合格证, 消防验收合格证 , 消防年审报告；
2.Routine inspection records (fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, fire alarming system, emergency lighting, safety exits lighting, fire pumps, etc.) 消防设备定期检查记录(灭火器, 消防栓, 消防警铃, 应急灯, 安全出口指示灯, 消防泵等)；
3.Fire drills and evacuation plans with related records.消防及疏散演习计划及相关记录；
4.Factory evacuation plan.全厂各区域的疏散平面图；
5.Canteen hygienic permit, and health certificates of cooks.食堂卫生许可证及厨房工人健康证；
6.First aiders certificates and related training records.急救员培训证书及相关培训记录；
7.Certificates and routine safety inspection records for elevators, boilers, compressing containers (air compressors, etc.), generators, forklifts, etc.电梯, 锅炉, 压力容器(空气压缩机等), 发电机, 厂内机动车等使用证书及定期检验记录；
8.Organization chart of working safety committee and activity records.安全生产委员会架构图及运作记录；
9.Certificates of Safety Officer, annual training of fire safety and working safety
(if applicable).政府认可的安全主任证书, 政府签发的年度安全及消防培训证书（如适用）；
