1. What is CE?
CE certification, that is, only the product does not endanger the basic safety requirements of human, animal and goods safety, rather than the general quality requirements, the coordination directive only specifies the main requirements, the general directive requirements are standard tasks. Therefore, the exact meaning is that the CE mark is a safety pass mark and not a quality pass mark. It is the "main requirement" that constitutes the core of the European Directive.
The "CE" mark is a safety certification mark and is regarded as a passport that the manufacturer opens and enters the European market. CE stands for CONFORMITE EUROPEENNE.
In the EU market, the "CE" mark is a compulsory certification mark. Whether it is a product produced by an enterprise within the EU or a product produced by another country, in order to be freely circulated in the EU market, the "CE" mark must be affixed to indicate the product. It meets the basic requirements of the EU Directive on Technology Coordination and Standardization. This is a mandatory requirement for products in EU law.

3. CE origin
CE is the abbreviation of French, meaning "European Conformity" is the European Community. In fact, CE is the abbreviation of the phrase "European Community" in many national languages of the European Community. The original English phrase EUROPEAN COMMUNITY is abbreviated as EC. After the European Community is COMMUNATE EUROPEIA in French, COMUNITA EUROPEA in Italian, COMUNIDADE EUROPEIA in Portuguese, COMUNIDADE EUROPE in Spanish, etc., so change EC to CE. Of course, you can also consider CE as CONFORMITY WITH EUROPEAN (DEMAND) (in line with Europe (requirements)), the "major requirements" that form the core of the European Directive, in the EC Resolution of the New Method of Technical Coordination and Standards (85/C136/01) of May 7, 1985 The “major requirements” that need to be formulated and implemented have a specific meaning, that is, the product does not endanger the basic safety requirements of human, animal and goods safety, rather than the general quality requirements. The coordination directive only specifies the main requirements, general instructions. The requirement is a standard task. The product can comply with the main requirements of the relevant directives and can be attached with the CE mark instead of The standard for general quality determines whether the CE mark can be used. Therefore, the accurate meaning is: the CE mark is a safety mark, not a quality mark. In the 1940s, Western European countries felt that they must guarantee themselves between the two countries. Security, improving international status, and accelerating economic development must be united, thus pushing for the process of European integration. European integration can be divided into five levels: the establishment of free trade zones, customs unions, unified large markets, economic and monetary unions and political alliances. .

However, when domestic toy manufacturers print the CE mark on products or packaging, they are not completely produced according to the relevant regulations. This will appeal to domestic manufacturers to pay attention to the CE mark, trade name, trademark, Ou Yi agent and the address of the importer on the toy. It must be pasted or printed on the toy body or other packaging in an obvious and easy-to-read style. Toys that are too small in size or are made up of small parts can be printed on the toy packaging or catalogue. The size of the CE mark is stipulated by the European standard.
