1. What is Jewish certification?
Jewish certification, also known as kosher certification (kosher certification), refers to the certification of food, excipients and additives in accordance with the Jewish diet, which is called Kosher certification. In the United States, there are specialized Kosher food certification agencies that, after consulting the factory, sign contracts with manufacturers to allow manufacturers to print the logo on their products, indicating that it is Kosher food. In Europe, the rabbi (the Jewish soil) is generally inspected by the food factory and then decided whether to grant it a certificate.
