1. What is environmental certification?
The environmental product certification is one of the voluntary product certification businesses carried out by the China Quality Certification Center. The application of the “China Environmental Protection Product Certification” mark indicates that the product meets the requirements of relevant environmental certification. The scope of certification covers pollution prevention equipment, furniture and building materials. Environmentally friendly products such as light industry. It aims to promote the production and use of environmentally friendly products through environmental certification, promote the improvement of the living environment and the natural environment, and strive to achieve a virtuous cycle of the natural environment and sustainable development of the social economy.
2. Work to be completed by environmentally friendly products
1. Responsibility authority;
2. Quality and environmental protection person in charge;
3. Determination of important environmental factors in the product life cycle----list of important environmental factors;
4. Manual (Quality and Environmental Protection Plan, and necessary documents, management of changes, management of signs, etc.), document control procedures, and record control procedures
5. Design and development of quality safety/environmental products----product design standards/specifications, design and development plans (main functional characteristics indicators, safety/environmental characteristics indicators, environmental performance of product life cycle), review verification confirmation records;
6. Procurement and incoming inspection----purchasing technical requirements (technical parameters, safety/environmental parameters), supplier selection evaluation, inspection records, key raw material filing list, supplier's written statement, etc.
7. Production----critical processes (processes affecting product quality and environmental performance), operation instructions, process monitoring, equipment maintenance;
8. Factory inspection and confirmation inspection;
9. Inspection equipment;
10. Control of nonconforming product;
11. Internal audit;
12. Consistency of certified products----change control procedures;
13. Declaration of traceability, product environmental protection statement, and disposal method of after-sales products.
