Confidential Information System Integration Qualification Reporting Conditions
The confidential information system integration qualification application unit (hereinafter referred to as the application unit) shall have the following basic conditions:
(1) A legal person registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China;
(2) Established in accordance with the law for more than 3 years and has a good record of integrity;
(3) Personnel engaged in the integration of classified information systems have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
(4) There is no overseas (including Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan) investment, and the state has otherwise provided for its provisions;
(5) Obtaining relevant qualifications issued by the competent department of the industry and having the professional ability to undertake the integration of classified information systems.
The applicant unit shall have the following confidentiality conditions:
(1) The secrecy system is perfect;
(2) The confidential organization is sound and there are specialized agencies or personnel responsible for confidentiality;
(3) The places, facilities and equipment used for the integration of classified information systems are in compliance with national secrecy regulations and standards;
(4) The procedures for reviewing and assessing the personnel engaged in the integration of classified information systems are complete;
(5) Other conditions stipulated by the state secret administrative department.
