course background
With the rapid development of information technology, society has put forward higher requirements for the telecommunications industry. TL9000 is the quality management system for all suppliers in the supply chain that provides telecommunications products. TL9000 consists of two parts: TL9000 Quality Management System Requirements Manual and TL9000 Measurement Manual. The TL9000 Quality Management System Requirements Manual is based on ISO9001 requirements, TL9000 general requirements, hardware product special requirements, software product special requirements and service special requirements. Composition, "TL9000 Measurement Manual", which contains general requirements and special requirements for hardware, software, and service measurement indicators. It stipulates that organizations providing various types of products should collect relevant data according to the requirements in the measurement manual and regularly pass the network.
